In the late 1980s, during the peak of the War on Drugs, these cartoons of mine were published under a pseudonym in Sinsemilla Tips, a journal for cannabis growers.

Sinsemilla Tips, 1988, Volume 8, Issue 1, page 29.

Sinsemilla Tips, 1990, Volume 9, Issue 1, page 56.

Sinsemilla Tips, 1988, Volume 8, Issue 1, page 53.

This cartoon was about the conspiracy theory that U.S. officials worked with cocaine runners. Tracking documents related to that theory, The National Security Archive @ George Washington University concludes: “The documents demonstrate official knowledge of drug operations, and collaboration with and protection of known drug traffickers.”

Sinsemilla Tips, 1988, Volume 8, Issue 2, page 52.

Sinsimilla Tips 1989, Volume 8, Issue 3, page 38.

This cartoon was about the DEA’s spraying of marijuana plants with the toxic herbicide paraquat.

Sinsemilla Tips, 1988, Volume 7, Issue 4, page 29.

And this was an advertisment I placed in Sinsemilla Tips (1989, Vol 8, No 4) to sell T-shirts I printed.
